The philosophy of products made by Knispel Audio is off course reflecting our own philosophy and opinion. We are proud of what we have achieved and our current product, the integrated transformer-coupled amplifier is of the highest possible quality.

The amplifier is very labor consuming to build and it will therefore never be mass produced in larger quantities.

​

Main objective during development has been sound quality which we believe must be achieved by optimizing the chosen topology and to use the best components.

​

The circuit is working purely in class-A with no feedback.

 

It is our opinion that the GM 70 tube is the best available power triode today.

​

We are using Lundahl transformers for chokes, interstage, output and for conversion of balanced input to unbalanced.
